Wellness is like a wheel; each spoke represents a dimension of health and well-being that keeps you moving forward. Our goal is to help our members create balance and strengthen each spoke by combining movement, recovery, nutrition, and connections into one complete the MAC experience. Movement

With more than 120 group fitness classes included in your membership each week, the Michigan Athletic Club offers endless ways to improve every area of fitness — cardio, core, flexibility, mobility, balance, and strength. Our thoughtfully designed programs range from high-intensity workouts to mind-body classes like yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, barre, Zumba, cycling, and aquatics for all ages and abilities. Incorporating wellness into each class, we aim to improve both physical and mental health.

Looking for something new? Learn to play pickleball, join a cardio tennis session, or take advantage of our year-round indoor track. Stress Management and Recovery

True progress happens during rest and recovery. That’s why we offer a variety of recovery services designed to help you reset your body, relax your mind, and improve your sleep. From massage therapy and stretch sessions to Theragun percussion, yoga, meditation, hot tubs, cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms, Reiki, sound baths, and more. We make it easy to melt stress and restore energy, so you can enjoy the activities you love feeling your best. It’s all part of nurturing your wellness.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching 

Healthy habits start with how you fuel your body. Our on-site restaurant and nutrition and lifestyle coaching programs make it simple to eat well, recover well, and sustain your results with the support of a coach. Whether you’re refueling after a workout or building long-term healthy habits, our team supports you with practical, science-backed guidance for overall wellness.
