Strength/Mobility Training
Combining yoga/mobility and strength training is a match made in heaven. Whether you’re a dedicated yogi thinking about adding some strength training into your routine, or an avid strength athlete looking at ways to gain that competitive edge, there are serious benefits to be had by combining these two forms of exercise or just wanting a new way to move your body. Reduce the gaps in your fitness and create a more well-rounded body.
Assisted Stretching
Increase range of motion and flexibility, make everyday tasks easier, improve your quality of life and posture.
Sports-Specific Yoga Sessions
Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of golfers and tennis players to improve their flexibility, core strength, balance, and mental focus. For golfers, we specialize in helping you have fantastic fairway shots and flow on the greens. For tennis and pickleball players, we help you develop fearless forehands and graceful footwork.
Restorative Yoga
Restore and Flow Yoga offers both Vinyasa and Restorative elements. The first half of class is an all-levels flow connecting breath with movement, allowing the practitioner to align, stretch and strengthen through gentle yoga poses. The remaining 25 minutes of class is devoted to restorative poses on the mat, utilizing props (blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps) to guide the body into a relaxed state. Essential oils are offered at the beginning to help open the sinuses and at the end to evoke deep relaxation.
