Pilates Circuit
Join our Pilates instructors for a fun and effective Pilates class in the studio, incorporating different pieces of equipment. This class will help strengthen your core, tone your muscles, and improve your core and balance. This class is suited for beginners and intermediate students.

Pilates Flow
A beginner/intermediate Pilates-based class that flows from one exercise to the next using all the Pilates equipment. Students will see improvements in their strength, balance, coordination, and overall conditioning.

Pilates Reformer
This is an all-level class using the Pilates reformer in the studio. This class will teach basic reformer and mat exercises taught to fun and upbeat music. This class is perfect for the student curious about Pilates and looking to strengthen their core and tone their muscles.

Meet the Pilates Team
Nicole Wong
Nicole Wong, DO is a Pilates Center of Boulder certified teacher in Classical Pilates including equipment classes, mat classes, and private instruction from Beginner to Advanced. She taught Pilates for 10 years in Colorado prior to moving to Michigan for residency as an ONMM physician. In her classes you can expect to hear light-hearted cues for proper form, alignment, breathing, coordination and integrated core strength. Nicole is excited to share and learn more about what the body has to offer in terms of individual needs and aspirations. She is continuously learning and inspired by nature and aesthetics of the human body, what it can accomplish with the mind and spirit, whether it be dancing, walking, climbing, or just living live.

Dina Krois is a Peak Pilates comprehensively trained Pilates instructor and brings years of instructional experience to the Pilates studio. Dina is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Behavioral Change and Wellness. Dina has additional training as a 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) and as a group fitness instructor. Her training sessions emphasize proper form and alignment, breathing, core strength, and coordination. Dina is always seeking new fitness knowledge and enjoys working with clients of all backgrounds and skills. Most recently, Dina has become certified as a Peak Pilates Master Instructor with plans to lead Peak Pilates educational training at the Mac.
Heather Hagan
Heather first took a Pilates class in 1996 and fell in love with it instantly. Heather is certified through the Stott Pilates Comprehensive Mat and Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair Certification Program. Her classes are taught based on the Principles of Pilates created by Joseph Pilates. Every client is a priority to her. She specializes in pelvic floor rehab and recovery, along with post-natal recovery from diastasis recti and enjoys working with clients to help them better understand their full potential and how Pilates will help them reach their goals for a healthy life.
